For installs we look at your plumbing layout, water pressure, gas line distance and hot water demand before recommending a model. For repairs we diagnose first. Either way you get a real quote, not a number over the phone that changes on site.
You get a date, we arrive, and the job is finished neatly. Where a Certificate of Compliance applies, it is issued on completion.
